Victor Freelance Simple Position Analysis (Nov.2012)

Freelance abroad is common but in China it’s less, because it’s Unstable & cannot earn more, Seldom does Accountant like. However, I think if can have several good companies, also can get much, and  Free myself & Develop my Ability which is Important to me.

As I’ve been working in good WOFE, I’d still like to work for those where English could be used. I can do some regulation, system, procedure, management etc. setup, planning and analysis; Accounting & Tax Outsourcing, yes, I can, just charge not high, local co. even less.

My position fit SME, at starting, mainly recommended by friends, because bosses dare not use such important role whom they don’t know.

Suitable Opportunities Analysis:
1. Some SME don’t have Manager, during fast growth period, business expand, more employee inject, income increase, I can help.
2. Some SME have Manager, but they are lack of experience, company pay consulting Firm, then I can play that role.
3. Some SME don’t trust Finance, often want to Double-Confirm what they say and do are true & correct for safe, I can become that third party.
4. Some SME have Employee Change Problem, need Short-Term Person, however, Few could be found in Job Market & Friends Introduction, say nothing of High Level Position, because of being Jobless After work done, Bosses also face Very Unstable Situation at Important Position, I could help.
5. Some SME don’t like to recruit more Finance, but Accountants are quite Busy not afford to get job done, I can help and split.
6. Some SME can’t offer to hire Excellent Full-Time FM or save it; and, on the other hand, those High Income FMs are often Busy and don’t have Enough Energy, May not like to use own Spare Rest Time to do such Lower Pay Part-Time Job; I can part-time assist, only several thousand monthly to fix something, why not try and Win-Win.
7. Some SME look forward to the future Strategically, desire to hunt good talent, use my backup platform to keep long-term relationship, Communicate and Both Improve.

Actually, Management & Strategy Requirement are Everywhere, No Matter it’s WOFE or Local, Big or Small, Bosses expect Half the Work with Double Results & Put Things Right Once and For All, How to Increase Efficiency & Risk Reduction, Cut Down Trouble & Save Effort and Free from Worry.

Yes, it’s Challenging for me to give up well benefit in big wofe, just pursue such rare career.

Beginning is to lay the Foundations, hope long stable work, temp & short also accept, even pay is not much, when Clients Realize my Value is far from what they pay, they will Lift. Believe this road will be Broad, so long as I Hold on.
